基于微通道的热泵空调应用基础研究 被引量:3

Fundamental research on heat pump air-conditioning based on micro-channel

摘要 微通道换热器具有集成度高、换热效率高及成本低等特点,本文归纳微通道换热器应用于热泵空调时制冷剂充注量、系统COP等性能参数,并与传统热泵空调进行对比,同时还就热泵空调应用微通道时空气侧的阻力与传热的影响因素进行了分析讨论。结果表明,将微通道换热器替代常规换热器,其换热系数及系统COP均有大幅度提升,且缩减了制冷剂充注量,因此将微通道换热器替代常规尺度换热器对于节能降耗意义十分重大。 Micro- channel heat exchanger has the characteristics of high integration, high heat transfer efficient and low cost and so on. Performance parameters such as refrigerant charge amount and system COP were summarized for heat pump air - conditioning with micro - channel heat exchanger and compared with traditional heat pump air - conditioning. Furthermore, the influence factor for air side resistance and heat transfer used micro - channel was also discussed. The results show that the heat transfer coefficient and system COP increase and refrigerant charge amount is reduced for traditional heat exchanger replaced by micro - channel heat exchanger. Therefore, the micro - channel heat exchanger has important significant for energy saving and cost - reducing.
