冷库用整体式制冷机的设计研究

摘要 本项目研发了适用于小型冷库的整体式制冷机,在原型机的基础上优化了制冷机冷凝器和蒸发器的结构和流程,开发了适用于冷库制冷机的热气除霜及其自适应除霜控制技术。基于"校准箱量热计法"进行了制冷机的性能测试,实验表明制冷量和能效比分别提高2.7%、3.78%,中温工况连续运行48小时能耗对比降低6.8%。在不同工况下,自适应除霜控制技术操作准确、可靠,对制冷机连续运行有明显的节能效果,提高了产品的环境适应性。 Packaged chilling unit for small refrigeration storages was invented. Besides, the piping layout and structure of the condenser and evaporator were optimized based on the original one. The hot gas defrosting with the adaptive defrosting control strategy fitted for the packaged chilling unit was invented. Based on the refrigeration performance of the "Calibration box calorim- eter", the refrigerating capacity and EER of the optimized chilling unit respectively improved 2.7% and 3.78% more than the o- riginal one, and the energy consumption of the optimized chilling unit reduced 6.8% less than the original one. It is shown under different defrosting performance conditions that the adaptive defrosting control method helps a lot in defrosting accurately and reliably and the energy saving effect of the defrosting strategy is obvious, which improves the adaptation to environment of the product.
