摘要
针对千米深井强矿压煤层条件巷道支护难题,以新河煤矿3#煤层综放工作面开采实践为基础,模拟分析了宽度为5 m的小煤柱沿空掘巷侧向支承压力及煤柱应力分布规律,分析计算了合理的巷道断面尺寸及支护参数,进行了工作面超前支承压力及小煤柱应力分布规律的现场监测分析。研究结果表明:沿空巷道掘进后小煤柱应力分布呈现两侧压力降低、中间压力增高的趋势,工作面超前支承压力峰值位于工作面前方约20 m处,采空区侧超前支护范围应大于30 m,确定沿空巷道断面尺寸为4.5 m×3.8 m,小煤柱留设尺寸、巷道断面及支护参数满足巷道围岩控制要求。
For kilometer deep roadway support problem, the condition of strong pressure of coal seam 3# coal seam fully-mechanized caving mining in Xinhe coal mine practice as the foundation,the simulation analysis of the small coal pillar width is 5 m roadway driving along gob in lateral abutment pressure and the stress distribution of coal pillar,analysis and calculation of roadway section size and the support parameters,the working face advancing and small coal pillar abutment pressure stress distribution analysis of the field monitoring. Research results show that: after along gob roadway drivage on both sides of the small coal pillar stress distribution in the low pressure, intermediate pressure trend of working face advancing front abutment pressure peak is located in the working face is about 20 m, gob side fore pole range should be greater than 30 m,determine along gob roadway section size is 4.5 m×3.8 m,this small coal pillar size,roadway cross section roadway surrounding rock and supporting parameters meet the control requirements.
