摘要
针对安全阀试验过程中存在的试验数据准确性差、试验结果不能自动分析记录、试验过程不能严格按标准执行的现象,以及普通测试系统只能连接1台试验机,进行不同试验项目设置较为繁琐的问题,研制了一套智能型多通道安全阀试验分析系统,进行了硬件设计和软件开发,测试表明:该系统可连接1~3台试验机同时进行试验,并能够自动辨别当前试验项目,完成试验数据的自动采集、记录和试验结果的分析。
There are some problems in the test of the safety valve. The accuracy of the test data is poor,the test results can not be automatically analyzed,and the test process can not be strictly carned out according to the standard ,in addition to less channel and complicated operation. To solve these problems,developed an intelligent multi channel safety valve test and analysis system,including hardware and software was designed. The test indicates that the system can be connected with 1-3 test machine ,and can automatically distinguish the current test project ,automatically to collect and record test data, and get the test result.
