摘要 为提高冲击动能和破碎效率,探讨一种新的高效冲击破碎方法和机构,改变传统直线冲击方式,开发具有旋转功能的液、气压混合动力冲击破碎锤,液压马达驱动钎杆旋转运动,密闭气缸内被压缩的高压N2产生的膨胀力撞击钎杆获得高速直线运动,钎杆冲击物体时产生轴向冲击力和径向离心力,可以获得更好的破碎效果。 To study the new effective impact crushing hammer mechanism, to change the traditional linear impact mode, these are made to improve the impact kinetic energy and crushing efficiency. An impact crushing hammer machine with rotary function and driving by the hydraulic and pneumatic mixing power has been developed. The drill rod rotation is driven by a hydraulic motor and its linear accelerated motion by the explosive force produced from the high pressure nitrogen. The axial impact force and radial centrifugal force are generated when the drill bit hits the object. The combination of two forces can achieve better crushing effect.
