大倾角下行防突钻孔钻进成套装备研发

Development on Drilling Complete Equipment of Downward Outburst Prevention Boreholes with Large Dip Angle

为有效解决大倾角下行防突钻孔孔口塌孔、孔内排渣困难及孔口瓦斯异常涌出等问题,研制了大倾角下行防突钻孔钻进成套装备。该成套装备由履带全方位液压钻机、双壁反循环钻杆、反循环钻头总成、快速水变接头、孔口防喷、防塌处理器、煤-水-瓦斯循环处理一体机、深孔钻杆阻水环、电液集成控制平台组成;具有体积小、行走灵活、集成化程度高,操作简单,工作效率高的优点。该防突钻孔钻进成套装备在仲恒煤矿3#大倾角煤层成功地进行了工业性试验,具有推广价值。

In order to effectively solve the problems such as collapsing holes in downward anti-outburst holes with large dip angle,difficult slag discharge in the holes and abnormal gas emission at the orifice, the outburst prevention drilling set with large dip angle was developed. The complete set of equipment consists of crawler all-round hydraulic drilling rig,double-wall reverse circulation drill pipe, reverse circulation drill assembly, quick water-change joint,orifice blowout preventer,anti-collapse processor, coal-water-gas cycling treatment machine, deep drilling pipe water-blocking ring, electro- hydraulic integrated control platform;with small size,flexible walking,a high degree of integration, simple operation ,high efficiency advantages. The outbursts drilling outfit has successfully carried out industrial tests at No. 3 high angle coal seam in Zhongheng coal mine,which has the promotion value.
