调速型液力偶合器带式输送机节能控制方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 以采用多台电动机+调速型液力偶合器驱动方式的带式输送机为研究对象,对不同输送负荷下的带式输送机所需启动功率、满速功率进行计算,并结合现场实际情况,研究了带式输送机瞬时输送物料量与所需实际驱动功率之间的关系。采用设立主、从驱动电动机的方式,根据平均物料输送状态,直接核减驱动单元数量,实现带式输送机驱动功率的分时控制,该技术节约带式输送机电能损耗7%左右,可为企业大幅度削减成本支出,在同行业领域具有较好的借鉴和推广价值。 By using more electric motor and speed control type hydraulic coupler ctnve oelt conveyor as the research object,the way of the belt conveyor under different transmission load required to launch power,full speed power calculation,and combined with the conditions of the measured instantaneous conveyor belt conveyor is studied the relationship between the material with the required amount of actual driving power, with the method of set up the main, from the drive motor, based on the average state material conveying, direct subtract number of drive unit, the realization of time-sharing control of belt conveyor driving power, the technology to save electrical energy loss is about 7% ,belt conveyor can slash costs for the enterprise, in the field of industry has a good reference and promotional value.
