摘要 画钟试验（CDT）目前广泛应用于认知功能障碍评价，是临床上常用的认知评价工具之一。除单独使用外，也作为成套量表的组成部分，如蒙特利尔认知评估量表（MoCA）。CDT具有良好的操作性、耗时短、受环境和文化程度影响小，对临床医生专业要求性不高，而且包含了理解计划、视觉记忆、图形重建、空间运用能力、数字记忆、
