摘要
目的评价提高规培生职业价值感的教学方法在眼科规培生中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月—2016年12月在首都医科大学附属北京中医医院眼科轮转周期为1个月的40名非本专业规培生为研究对象。随机分为2组,观察组在临床工作中充分调动其主观能动性,在带教老师的质控范围内相对独立管理住院患者,对照组采用布置任务的方式,对日常工作进行分解并指示其逐项完成。结果观察结果表明临床自主管理的规培生工作热情更高、工作态度更负责任、学习成绩更好。2组在迟到次数、日均查房次数、加班次数、病历书写成绩、出科考试成绩比较中差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论提高规培生职业价值感的教学方法能够有效提高眼科规培生的学习效果。
Objective To evaluate the application effect of teaching methods which improving the standardized trainer 's profession value in ophthalmology.Methods 40 non-ophthalmic students of Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2016 who study for one month were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was fully mobilized subjective initiative,and management hospitalized patients relatively independent under the quality control of their teachers in clinical work was made.The control group adopted assigning tasks,and the routine work was to be completed with resolution and instruction by item.Results The observation results showed that the standardized trainer with independent management had more enthusiasm,more responsible attitude,and better grades on work.The two groups in late times,the average daily number of rounds,overtime,record score,examination performance had statistically significant difference(P〈 0.01).Conclusion The teaching methods which to improve profession value of standardized trainer can improve the learning effect of ophthalmology regulatory effectively.
