中医院校研究生教育水平直接关系到中医药高层次人才的培养。如何提高中医院校研究生教育水平,是从事中医高层次人才教育工作者必须探讨和研究的课题。本文首先分析了目前中医院校研究生教育中存在的问题,进而从改革教学方法、健全教材管理制度、优选教材、加强导师团队建设、加强研究生科研能力培养等层面,探讨提高中医院校研究生教育水平的策略,为中医研究生教育的发展提供参考和思路。

The level of education is directly related to the cultivation of high-level talents in traditional Chinese medicine.How to improve the education level of postgraduate students in university of traditional Chinese medicine is a subject that must be discussed and studied by education practitioners engaged in the high-level talents of TCM.This article firstly analyzed the current problems existing in the graduate education of university of traditional Chinese medicine,and the reform of teaching methods,perfecting teaching material management system,optimizing the teaching material,strengthen the construction of teacher team,strengthen the graduate student scientific research ability level,explore the strategies improving the Chinese medicine colleges and universities graduate student education,provide reference for the development of postgraduate education of traditional Chinese medicine and train of thought.
