益气活血汤对脑卒中恢复期肢体功能与运动的影响

Effect of Yiqi Huoxue Decoction on the Limb Function and Movement in the Convalescence of Stroke

目的探究益气活血汤对脑卒中恢复期患者肢体功能与运动的影响。方法 72例脑卒中恢复期患者随机分为2组,各36例。对照组患者予以基础药物治疗、康复训练及针灸治疗,试验组在此基础上予以益气活血汤,日1剂水煎服,2组均治疗2周。治疗结束后对比2组患者临床疗效、肢体和运动功能。结果治疗后,2组NIHSS评分降低,FMA、MBI以及SSQ O L评分升高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,试验组临床总有效率较高,N IHSS评分较低,FMA、MBI以及SS-Q O L评分较高(P<0.05)。结论益气活血汤能够提高脑卒中恢复期患者肢体功能与运动功能,临床疗效确切。

Objective To explore the effect of Yiqi Huoxue decoction on the limb function and movement in the convalescence of stroke.Methods 72 patients with cerebral apoplexy were randomly divided into 2 groups,with 36 cases in each group.The control group received basic drug therapy,rehabilitation training and acupuncture and moxibustion,and the study group also received Yiqi Huoxue decoction on the basis of the control group.2 groups were treated for 2 weeks.The clinical effect,limb and motor function of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,scores of NIHSS in 2 groups decreased,and scores of FMA,MBI and SS-QOL increased（P〈0.05）.Comparing with the control group,the total effective rate of the study group was higher,scores of NIHSS was lower,scores of FMA,MBI and SS-QOL were higher（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue decoction can improve the limb function and motor in patients with cerebral apoplexy at convalescent period,and the clinical effect is accurate.
