摘要
目的观察星状神经节为主埋线治疗高血压病的临床疗效及对患者AngⅡ、ALD的影响。方法 60例符合纳入标准的高血压病患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,各30例,其中对照组单纯口服卡托普利片,治疗组给予星状神经节为主埋线疗法,治疗2个疗程后,监测治疗前后收缩压和舒张压的变化,采用ELISA法检测高血压病患者AngⅡ、ALD含量。结果治疗组总有效率93.3%(28/30),而对照组分别73.3%(22/30),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后2组AngⅡ和ALD均明显降低(P<0.01);2组间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论星状神经节为主埋线能够安全、有效降低高血压病患者收缩压及舒张压,其机理可能是通过降低血清中AngⅡ和ALD含量达到的。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of stellate ganglion catgut embedding thread on Ang Ⅱ and ALD in patients with hypertension. Methods 60 patients with EH were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group took orally captopril tablets. The treatment group used stellate ganglion catgut embedding. After two courses of treatment, systolic pressure and diastolic blood pressure of patients with hypertension before and after treatment were observed. The ELISA was used to detected the content of Ang Ⅱ and ALD. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 93.3% (28/30) and 73.3% (22/30) respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05) . After treatment, Ang lI and ALD in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P 〈 0.01) . There was no significant difference between the 2 groups (P 〉 0.05) . Conclusion The stellate ganglion catgut embedding thread is safe and effective in reducing systolic and diastolic blood pressure in patients with hypertension. The mechanism may be achieved by reducing the contents of Ang 11 and ALD in serum.
