椎针结合推拿治疗肝强脾弱型痉挛性脑瘫60例

Analysis on the Curative Effect of Vertebral Needle Combined with Massage Therapy in the Treatment of Spastic Cerebral Palsy(Strong Liver and Weak Spleen Type)for 60 Cases

目的观察椎针结合推拿治疗痉挛性脑瘫的临床疗效。方法 60例痉挛性脑瘫患儿治疗前后均采用改良Ashworth量表(MAS)和粗大运动功能测试(GMFM-88)对患儿肌张力和粗大运动功能进行评定,观察患儿治疗前后的组间疗效。结果在GMFM分值提高方面及从MAS评定肌张力改善方面其即时疗效的显效率和总有效率均有显著性提高。结论椎针结合推拿治疗痉挛性脑瘫能有效降低患儿肌张力,改善痉挛指数,显著提高GMFM分值。

Objective To observe the effect of vertebral needle combined with massage in treating spastic cerebral palsy.Methods Muscle Tension and gross motor function of 60 children with spastic cerebral palsy were assessed with Ashworth scale（MAS） and the gross motor function test（GMFM-88） before and after treatment respectively.Results Significant improvements were noted in both GMFM score and immediate and total efficacy in MAS assessment.Conclusion Acupuncture combined with massage in treating spastic cerebral palsy in children can effectively reduce the muscle tone,improve the spasm index,and significantly increase the value of GMFM.
