针刀镜治疗早中期膝关节畸形的疗效评价

Evaluation on the Curative Effect of Acupotomy in the Treatment of Early and Metaphase Knee Deformity

目的观察针刀镜治疗对早中期膝骨关节炎致关节畸形的疗效及评价。方法 64例符合要求的患者随机分为手术组(32)和对照组(32)。手术组行针刀镜治疗,对照组理疗、小针刀定点松解、关节内注射玻璃酸钠,观察及随访2组患者膝关节功能评分,测量治疗前及治疗后1年膝关节内翻或外翻角度,进行对比分析。结果手术组患者功能评分与对照组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),明显优于对照组;治疗后1年,手术组膝关节畸形角度与治疗前对比,无显著性差异(P>0.05),下肢力线无变化;对照组内翻或外翻角度与治疗前对比,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),关节畸形加重。结论针刀镜治疗膝骨关节炎疗效确切,优于传统治疗,可有效防止畸形加重,明显改善患者生活质量。

Objective To observe the effect and evaluation of acupotome in the treatment of early and metaphase knee deformity. Methods Sixty-four eligible patients were randomly divided into operation group （32 cases） and control group （32 cases） . The operation group was treated with acupotomy, and the control group was treated with a small needle-knife, the intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate was performed. The knee joint function score was observed and followed up in two groups. Valgus angle and comparative analysis was compared between the two groups. Results The functional score of the operation group was significantly different from that of the control group （P 〈0.01） , which was significantly better than that of the control group. There was no significant difference in the angle of knee joint deformity between the two groups （P〉 0.05） . The force line of the lower extremities did not change. The varus or valgus angle was compared with before treatment, and there was a very significant difference （P 〈0.01） . Joint deformity increased. Conclusion The acupotome in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis is better than the traditional treatment in better curative effect, which can effectively prevent the deformity increased, and significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
