中药热奄包联合耳穴压豆对晚期肺癌患者疼痛评分、睡眠质量及生活质量的影响

Effect of Hot-cover Packet Combined with Auricular Pressure Beanon Pain Score and Quality of Sleep as well as Quality of Life in Patients with Advanced Lung Cancer

目的分析中药热奄包联合耳穴压豆对晚期肺癌患者疼痛评分、睡眠质量及生活质量的影响。方法选取2015年7月—2017年6月收治的62例晚期肺癌患者按随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组,每组各31例。对照组实行常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上给予中药热奄包和耳穴压豆。对比2组护理前、后的疼痛评分、睡眠质量及生活质量。结果 2组护理前疼痛评分、睡眠质量得分及生活质量得分均无明显差别(P>0.05);观察组护理后疼痛评分及睡眠质量得分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理后生活质量得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药热奄包联合耳穴压豆能有效的减轻晚期肺癌患者的疼痛,并改善睡眠质量和生活质量。

Objective To analyze the effect of hot-cover packet combined with auricular pressure bean on pain score and quality of sleep as well as quality of life in patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods Sixty-two patients with advanced lung cancer who were admitted from July 2015 to June 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 31 cases in each group.The control group underwent routine care,and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine hot-cover packet combined with auricular pressure bean on the basis of routine nursing.The pain score,sleep quality and quality of life of two groups before and after nursing were compared.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in pre-nursing pain scores,sleep quality scores and quality of life scores（P 〉0.05）.Pain scores and sleep quality scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group（P 〈0.05） Quality of life scores of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The combination of hot-cover packet and auricular pressure bean can effectively relieve the pain of patients with advanced lung cancer and improve the quality of sleep and quality of life.
