摘要
目的研究前列腺增生术后中医护理的应用效果。方法前列腺增生患者100例,随机分为对照组和试验组各50例。给予对照组患者常规护理,给予试验组患者中医护理措施。比较患者术后不良情绪评分及依从性。结果护理前患者的不良情绪评分无明显差异,护理后评分比较试验组更优P<0.05。患者护理后依从性比较试验组更高P<0.05。结论前列腺增生术后采用中医护理能明显改善患者的不良情绪,并提升患者的治疗依从性,具有较高临床价值。
Objective To study the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on patients with prostate hyperplasia.Methods 100 patients with prostatic hyperplasia were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the experimental group was given traditional Chinese medicine nursing measures.The postoperative bad mood score and compliance were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of bad emotions before nursing,and the scores of the nursing group were better than those of the experimental group P 〈0.05.The compliance of the patients after nursing was higher than that of the experimental group P 〈0.05.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine nursing can obviously improve the bad mood of patients after operation of prostate hyperplasia,and improve the treatment compliance of patients,which has higher clinical value.
