快速康复外科理念的妇科围手术期中医护理应用效果分析

Analysis on the Application Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing in Gynecological Perioperative Period with the Concept of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgery

目的研究快速康复外科理念下妇科围手术期中医护理的应用效果。方法妇科手术患者120例随机分为对照组和试验组,每组各60例。给予对照组常规护理措施,给予试验组快速康复外科理念指导下的中医护理。比较患者护理前后不良情绪评分及各项治疗指标。结果患者护理前不良情绪评分无显著差异,护理后评分试验组更优,P<0.05。患者各项治疗指标比较试验组更优P<0.05。结论快速康复外科理念下妇科围手术期应用中医护理的效果较好,明显改善不良情绪,具有临床价值。

Objective To study the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in the perioperative period of gynecologic surgery under the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery.Methods 120 cases of patients with gynecological surgery were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 60 cases in each group.Conventional nursing measures were given to the control group,and the traditional Chinese medicine nursing under the guidance of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery was given in the experimental group.The negative emotion score and treatment indexes before and after nursing were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of bad emotion before nursing,and the score of nursing group was better after nursing P 〈0.05.The treatment indexes of the experimental group were better P 〈0.05.Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in the perioperative period of gynecological surgery under the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery is effective,and it can significantly improve the bad mood,which has clinical value.
