摘要
目的掌握四川省登革热传播媒介白纹伊蚊种群密度、分布及其季节消长情况,为科学、规范、合理地防控白纹伊蚊,对登革热暴发风险预测预警、防制评估和制定防控规划等提供依据。方法 2015年6-10月选择居民区和公园(绿化带)进行监测,蚊幼虫监测采用布雷图指数(BI)法,成蚊监测采用双层叠帐法。结果白纹伊蚊平均BI为11.96,其中居民区BI为17.37,公园(绿化带)BI为7.76;平均帐诱指数为4.14只/(顶·h),其中居民区为6.27只/(顶·h),公园(绿化带)为3.70只/(顶·h)。调查积水(容器)白纹伊蚊幼虫总阳性率为12.37%,各类型容器以废旧轮胎阳性率最高,达21.07%。结论四川省白纹伊蚊密度较高,一旦有登革热输入性病例发生,将存在登革热传播和暴发风险。
ObjectiveIn order to master the species density, distribution and seasonal variation of Aedes albopictus whichspread dengue fever in Sichuan province, provide a scientific, normative and reasonable guide to Ae. albopictus control inSichuan province, and provide a basic data for dengue outbreak risk predict and early warning, assess the prevention andcontrol effect, draw up a prevention and control plan and so on.MethodsLarval breeding was evaluated using the Breteauindex(BI), and adult mosquitoes were evaluated by double-mosquito net trapping method.ResultsThe Ae. albopictus BIfor an average level was 11.96, the BI in residential area was 17.37, and the park/green belt was 7.76; the mosquito-curtaintrap index for an average of 4.14/net·hour, the mosquito-net trapping index in residential area was 6.27/net·hour, and thepark/greenbelt was 3.70/net·hour.ConclusionThe density of Ae. albopictus was high in Sichuan province. Once there isan imported case of dengue fever, there will be a risk of dengue transmission even outbreak.
