高校中药学专业师资队伍水平提升策略分析 被引量:4

摘要 在现阶段的高校教育中,师资队伍建设是非常重要的考核指标,只有拥有非常专业并且全方位的师资队伍,才能在高校建设中不断提升学术研究能力,也才能让高校的学科建设取得不断进步。对于中药学这个古老而又新兴的学科而言,如果能在师资力量等方面做出努力,不断提升该专业的师资力量和水平,那么对于中药学学科发展,对世界中医的贡献也会不断增强,将会不断加强与国际同行的交流、竞争,这样可以更好地促进整个中医药产业的发展,对于世界人民都是巨大的福音。本文主要研究高校中关于中药学专业方面的师资力量建设与水平提升策略。 In the present stage, the construction of teaching staff in higher education has a very important evaluation criterion. Only by having a very professional and comprehensive teaching staff, can we continuously improve our academic research ability in the construction of colleges and universities, make progress. For the ancient and emerging discipline of traditional Chinese medicine, if we can make efforts in terms of teachers’ strength and continuously improve the strength and level of teachers in the major, the contribution to the development of Chinese traditional medicine will also continue to increase. Then we will continue to strengthen exchanges and competition with international counterparts, so that we can better promote the development of the entire Chinese medicine industry, which is a tremendous gospel for the people of the world. Therefore, this paper mainly studied the construction of university teachers in traditional Chinese medicine and the level of upgrading strategies, hoping to contribute to the development of Chinese medicine industry.
