高职高专临床医学专业社区卫生与保健课程设置满意度调查分析

A Survey and Analysis on the Satisfaction of Community Health and Health Care Courses in Clinical Medicine Specialty of Higher Vocational College

目的探讨高职高专临床医学专业学生对"社区卫生与保健"课程内容设置的满意程度,以评促改。方法以455名河南医学高等专科学校2016级临床医学专业学生作为研究对象,在学习"社区卫生与保健"课程后,采用自编问卷开展对"社区卫生与保健"课程设置的满意度及教学改革建议的调查。结果本次调查结果显示,在对课程的必要性和实用性方面,93.14%的学生认为很有必要开设社区卫生与保健,96.46%的学生认为社区卫生与保健课程很实用;在对课程教学的满意度方面,72.12%的学生对于该课程教学满意,26.33%的学生对于该课程教学满意度为一般,1.55%的学生对于该课程教学不满意;在对社区卫生与保健课程不满意的原因中,44.25%的学生认为原因为其他,37.39%的学生认为实践性不强;教学改革建议的调查显示,90.04%的学生认为"社区卫生与保健"的课时数合适,55.75%的学生认为"社区卫生与保健"应该增加实习课,83.19%的学生能跟得上老师的授课进度,55.75%的学生认为"社区卫生与保健"应该增加实习课,58.36%的学生希望"社区卫生与保健"的考核方式是期末考试+社会实践。结论应进一步优化和改进"社区卫生与保健"课程体系,才能更好地满足新时代医学环境对临床医学专业学生的要求。

Objective To explore the satisfaction degree of the content of community health and health care courses in higher vocational college clinical medicine students. Methods 455 students in Henan medical college class of clinical medicine were investigated, after learning community health and health care course learning, carry out an investigation for satisfaction of community health and health curriculum and teaching reform proposals by using self-made questionnaire. Results according to the results of the survey on the necessity and practicability of the course, 93.14% of the students consider that it is necessary to set up community health and health care, 96.46% of the students consider that community health and health course is very practical. In terms of the satisfaction of the course teaching, 72.12% of students were satisfied with the teaching of the course. 26.33% of the students were satisfied with the teaching satisfaction of the course, and 1.55% of the students were not satisfied with the course teaching. Among the reasons for the dissatisfaction with community health and health courses, 44.25% of the students thought that the reason was other, 37.39% of the students believed that the practice was not strong. Teaching reform proposals according to the survey, 90.04 % of the students think community health and health care the number of hours, 55.75% of the students think community health and health care should be increased practice lesson, 83.19% of the students can keep up with the teacher’s teaching schedule, 55.75% of the students consider that community health and health care should increase practice lesson, 58.36% students hoped that the way of community health and health assessment is the final exam and social practice. Conclusion it is necessary to further optimize and improve the curriculum system of community health and health for meeting the requirements of new era medical environment for clinical medical students.
