提高中医住院医师规范化培训质量的思考

中医住院医师规范化培训是新形势下医学教育的重要组成部分。该文分析了目前中医住院医师规范化培训过程中存在较多问题及解决这些问题的方案,如科学管理新模式;加强轮转科室管理力度;提高医患沟通能力;合理安排考核。目的是确保培养出符合社会需要的高质量中医临床人才。

Resident standardization training of traditional Chinese medicine is an important part of medical education under the new situation. This paper analyzed the existing problems and solutions to these problems in the standardized training of TCM residents,new models of scientific management, strengthening the management of rotation departments, improving doctor-patient communication skills and arranging the appraisal reasonably. The aim is to ensure that high quality TCM clinical talents are trained to meet the needs of the society.
