中风中经络5种分型CT与MRI的影像学特点研究

Study on the Imaging Features of CT and MRI in Five Types of Meridian-type in Stroke

目的分析中风中经络5种分型CT与MRI影像学特点。方法回顾性分析中风中经络患者100例,根据中医辨证分型,实施MRI与CT扫描,检查病灶大小及分布部位,对5种中风中经络分型CT与MRI影像学特点进行总结分析。结果在CT与MR I表现上,中风中经络5种分型的病灶分布部位较为接近,其中气虚血瘀证病灶在放射冠状区域较为集中,风痰阻络证病灶在基底节区较为集中;两者CT病灶分布对比无显著差异(P>0.05)。而痰热腑实证CT与MRI病灶大小主要为大片状,其余4种主要为小片状,而在病灶大小上,痰热腑实证与其余4种分型存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论在CT与MRI影像学上,中风中经络5种分型中部分分型具有一定特点,其中痰热腑实证病灶主要为大片状,其余则为小片状;气虚血瘀证病灶以放射冠状区域较为多见,而风痰阻络证病灶以基底节区较为多见。

Objective To analyze characteristics of meridian-type CT and MRI in stroke. Methods Retrospective analysis of stroke patients of 100 cases was made. According to the type of traditional Chinese medicine, the implementation of MRI and CT scan,check the lesion size and distribution of channels and collaterals in five strokes classification of CT and MRI imaging characteristics were summarized. Results On CT and MRI manifestation, stroke in the meridian distribution of parts of the 5 kinds of parting is relatively close, the qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome lesions in radiation coronary area is relatively concentrated, and wind phlegm obstruction collaterals lesions in the basal ganglia region is relatively one. There was no significant difference between the two CT lesions. While the size of phlegm and MRI lesions were mainly large sheets, the remaining four were mainly small sheets, while in the size of the lesion, there was a significant difference between the phlegm and the other four types P〈 0.05. Conclusion In the CT and MRI imaging, there are certain characteristics of the middle type of meridians in the stroke, in which the positive lesion of phlegm is mainly large and the rest is small. The lesion of qi deficiency blood stasis is more common in radio-coronal region, and the wind phlegm obstruction is more common in base.
