Clinical Experience of Professor Zhao Min in the Treatment of Insomnia with Suanzaoren Decoction

本文介绍赵敏教授临床运用酸枣仁汤加减治疗肝血不足,虚热内扰型失眠的经验。首先结合历代医家从病因病机方面阐述关于失眠症的不同认识,总结共性,认为失眠病位在心,与肝脾肾关系密切,在临床上仍需要结合临床表现进行辨证论治;其次,分析酸枣仁汤的来源、组成及其配伍、功效以及适应证;最后根据临床相关病例予以验证,凡失眠症属肝血不足,虚热内扰均可用酸枣仁汤加减治疗。

This article mainly introduced the experience of Professor Zhao Min in the treatment of insomnia with Suanzaoren decoction about deficiency of liver blood and fire flaming upward. Firstly, starting from the etiology and pathogenesis, combined with different understanding of ancient physicians on Insomnia, similarity was summarized, and the conclusion is that Insomnia was located in the heart, closely related to the liver spleen and kidney. It still needs to combine with clinical manifestations about pattern syndrome differentiation. Secondly, the origin, composition, compatibility, effect and indications of Suanzaoren decoction were analyzed. Thirdly, according to relevant case were verified, efficiency of liver blood and fire flaming upward and Insomnia belongs to efficiency of liver blood and fire flaming upward can be treated by Suanzaoren decoction was summarized.
