Discussion on the Experience of Professor Wang Fu with the Application of Wutou Decoction

乌头汤是出自《金匮要略》的一首著名方剂,是治疗气虚寒湿骨节痹证的代表方,临床辨治由风寒湿邪引起的痹症类疾病有显著疗效。现通过剖析方药配伍,研习仲景原文精神,并结合导师王付教授临床应用乌头汤辨治强直性脊柱炎、心肌炎、三叉神经痛、风湿性关节炎、类风湿性关节炎、坐骨神经痛、颈椎病、腰椎间盘突出、运动神经元病等疾病的经验,探索乌头汤在临床中的诸多应用。

Wutou decoction is a famous prescription in the Synopsis of Golden Chamber, and is the representative prescription of treating qi deficiency cold dampness arthralgia, which has obvious curative effect, caused by wind cold dampness in the treatment of arthralgia syndrome disease. Now through the analysis of the prescriptions, study the original spirit, combined with Professor Wang Fu clinical application of Wutou decoction in treating ankylosing spondylitis, myocarditis, trigeminal neuralgia, rheumatic arthritis,rheumatoid arthritis, sciatica, cervical spondylosis, lumbar disc herniation, motor neuron disease experience, the applications Wutou decoction was explored.
