艾条灸联合金黄膏治疗PICC所致机械性静脉炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Moxa-stick Moxibustion and Jinhuang Ointment in the Treatment Mechanical Phlebitis Induced by PICC

目的观察艾条灸联合金黄膏治疗PICC所致机械性静脉炎的效果。方法将80例行PICC置管术并发机械性静脉炎的患者随机分为对照组和试验组,每组40例。对照组予50%硫酸镁湿敷治疗,试验组予艾条灸联合金黄膏治疗,观察2组患者的临床疗效。结果在机械性静脉炎改善方面,试验组总有效率92.5%,高于对照组67.5%(P<0.05)。结论艾条灸联合金黄膏治疗PICC所致机械性静脉炎取得较好效果,症状改善明显,值得临床上运用推广。

Objective To observe the curative effect of moxa-stick moxibustion and Jinhuang ointment on mechanical phlebitis caused by PICC. Methods A total of 80 patients with mechanical phlebitis caused by PICC were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Patients in the control group were treated with magnesium sulfate wet packing phlebitis ointment after PICC. Patients in the treatment group were treated with moxa-stick moxibustion and Jinhuang ointment. Results The improvement rate of phlebitis was 92.5% in treatment group, which was significantly higher than 67.5% in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Moxa-stick moxibustion and Jinhuang ointment in treating mechanical phlebitis caused by PICC can obtain a good result and an obvious effective rate, and is worthy of clinical application.
