优质护理模式联合中医健康教育手册在外科门诊中的应用

The Application of High Quality Nursing Service Combined with Health Education Manual of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Outpatient

目的探讨优质护理模式联合中医健康教育手册在外科门诊中的应用效果。方法收集外科门诊患者140例,随机分为2组,各70例,对照组采用优质护理模式,观察组采用优质护理模式联合中医健康教育手册。测定并记录2组患者的满意率、VAS评分、SAS及SDS心理状态。结果与对照组比较,观察组患者进行优质护理模式联合中医健康教育手册满意率较高,VAS疼痛评分较低、SAS及SDS评分较低(P<0.05)。结论优质护理模式联合中医健康教育手册能够有效提高患者满意率,降低VAS疼痛评分较低,改善患者心理状态。

Objective To investigate the application effect of high quality nursing service combined with health education manual of traditional Chinese medicine in outpatient. Methods 140 cases of surgical outpatients in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 70 cases in each group. The control group received high quality nursing service, and the study group also received health education manual of traditional Chinese medicine. Levels of satisfaction rate, VAS score, SAS and SDS mental state were compared. Results Comparing with the control group, the satisfaction rate of the study group was higher, the VAS pain score were lower, and the SAS and SDS scores were lower（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion High quality nursing service model combined with health education manual of traditional Chinese medicine in outpatient can effectively improve the patient ’s satisfaction rate,reduce the VAS pain score, and improve the psychological state of patients.
