精细化综合器械管理在肝胆胰癌腹腔镜手术中的应用效果探讨

Application of fine integrated equipment management in laparoscopic surgery of hepatobiliary and pancreatic cancer

目的探讨精细化综合器械管理在肝胆胰癌腹腔镜手术中的应用效果。方法选取394台精细化综合管理前肝胆胰癌腹腔镜手术所使用的器械管理资料(对照组)和396台精细化综合管理后肝胆胰癌腹腔镜手术所使用的器械管理资料(观察组),统计分析两组手术器械的准备情况(缺失率、损坏率、不适用率)、抽查情况(遗失率、损坏率、消毒不合格率)和手术医师的满意度。结果术前准备中,观察组手术器械的缺失率、损坏率、不适用率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(χ~2=6.80、7.33、4.73,P﹤0.05);随机抽查时,观察组手术器械的遗失率、损坏率、消毒不合格率均低于对照组,但差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。观察组手术医师的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.06,P﹤0.05)。结论精细化综合器械管理可以优化肝胆胰癌腹腔镜手术的器械管理工作,提高手术医师的满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To discuss the effect of fine integrated equipment management in laparoscopic surgery of hepatobiliary and pancreatic cancer. Method 394（control group） and 396（study group） profiles of equipment management before and after the implementation of fine integrated management for laparoscopic surgery of hepatobiliary and pancreatic cancer were statistically analyzed for the preparation status（loss rate, failure rate, N/A rate）, spot check results（loss rate, failure rate, unacceptable disinfection rate） and the satisfaction degree of surgeons. Result During preoperative preparation, the loss rate, failure rate and N/A rate in study group were all lower than those in control group, the difference was statistically significant（χ~2=6.80, 7.33, 4.73, P〈0.05）; during spot check, the loss rate, failure rate, and unacceptable disinfection rate were lower in study group as compared with control group, but the difference was not statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The satisfaction rate of surgeons for study group was higher than that for control group, demonstrating statistically significant difference（χ~2=5.06, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The fine integrated equipment management can improve the instrumental management for the equipment of hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery, with high satisfaction rate achieved in surgeons.
