根据农村地区的自然地理特点、社会人文环境状况及警力资源情况,农村地区的警务活动应进行转变,这有其客观性。我国农村社区警务转变实现的重要途径有:在农村合理划定警务区,分片授权;加强责任区民警的职能观;社区民警警务动作过程中,必须完善各种防范形式;明确工作任务,量化工作目标;完善勤务考核机制,实现目标化管理;实现点面结合,强化网络建设。
