摘要
幼儿园教师在职教育形式的多样性和组织关系的交互性,凸显了在职教育场域的复杂性,对幼儿园教师的在职教育形成了挑战。当下,我们对教师教育的理解应当从教师培训转向教师学习,教师教育方式应当从自上而下的传递转向共同体建构。
The variety of education formats and the interaction between institutions reveal the complication of in-service education field, which is also a challenge for kindergarten teachers' in-service education. Currendy, we should change our views on teacher education from teacher training to teacher learning. Way of teacher education should also change from up-down model to the construction of community.
