摘要
审计工作是工程项目保证项目质量的重要影响因素,对于工程项目成本的把控更是起着关键性作用,也起着对项目各种风险的控制作用。随着现代通信行业基础设施建设标准化程度的逐步提高,传统的造价审计管理模式对于通信铁塔类项目已不再适用。为了总结现阶段通信项目审计工作的管理模式,提升通信铁塔审计工作效率,完善通信铁塔现阶段存在的问题,从模块化管理的新模式出发,介绍了通信类项目模块化的管理模式,通过系统的总结和提炼对通信铁塔的管理模式对工程项目管理和对项目审计的影响做了详细阐述。同时,对通信铁塔项目在实际运用过程中关于铁塔项目的定额和计价体系现阶段存在的问题做了分析,主要包括:现行工作参考的定额及计价形式混乱、基站建设项目地域性施工特点差异较大等。针对提出的问题提出了相应的建议,主要包括:提出符合铁塔项目的综合单价计价体系、制定符合铁塔项目特点的相应单位合格产品所消耗的资源数量的标准。
Audit work is an important influence factors in engineering projects to ensure project quality. It plays a critical role for con- trolling engineering project cost, and a control role to various risks in the project. Traditional cost audit management mode is no longer applicable to telecom tower project with gradual improvement of infrastructure construction standardization degree in modern commu- nication industry.The modular management mode of communication projects is introduced from the perspective of modular manage- ment new mode in order to summarize current management mode of audit work in telecom projects, improve the tetecom tower audit work efficiency, and perfect current problems of telecom towers. Influence of telecom tower management mode on engineering project management and product audit is described in details through systematic summary and refining. Meanwhile, the quota about tower projects and existing problems of pricing system are analyzed aiming at telecom tower projects in practical application process, main- ly including the follows: the quota and pricing form referred in current work are chaos, the regional construction characteristic of base station construction projects are greatly different, etc. Corresponding suggestions are proposed aiming at related problems, mainly in- ctuding the follows: to propose comprehensive unit price valuation system in conformity with tower project, formulate standards for re- sources quantity consistent with tower project characteristics, which are consumed by qualified products in corresponding units
