摘要
改革开放之初,外资造价咨询公司跟随境外开发商进入中国市场,提倡全过程造价咨询。随着整个地产市场的蓬勃兴起,外资的投资份额相对越来越小,取而代之的是国内开发商的日益强大,外资造价咨询公司面临客户源转型问题。不少国内优秀造价咨询企业逐渐具备了提供全过程造价咨询服务的能力,但是由于历史原因,对于大型的高档项目上的管理经验尚有欠缺。在这样的背景之下,外资造价咨询公司与国内造价咨询企业的合作模式应运而生,一方面通过合作,优势互补,能为客户定制提供更具性价比的服务,从而也拓展了各自的客户源;另一方面,通过合作,双方都从中相互学习,相互了解,对于提升自身的服务品质也有裨益。同时,随着国家倡导的"一带一路"倡议推进,越来越多国内开发商赴海外投资,中外合作的造价咨询模式可以探讨推行。
Foreign capital cost consulting companies followed foreign developers into Chinese market and the whole-process cost consultation is advocated at the beginning of the reform and opening up. Foreign investment share is relatively smaller and smaller with the rise of the entire real estate market, it is replaced by the increasingly powerful domestic developers. Foreign capital cost con- sukation company is faced with the problem of client source transformation. Many excellent domestic cost consultation enterprises gradually have the ability to provide whole process cost consultation services. However, large high-grade project management expe- rience is deficient because of historical reasons. In the context, the cooperation between foreign capital cost consultation company and domestic cost consultation enterprises is emerging. Firstly, services with higher price/performance ratio is provided for clients through cooperation and advantage complementation, thereby expanding respective client sources. Secondly, both parties can learn and understand mutually through cooperation, which is beneficial for improving own service quality. Meanwhile, more and more do- mestic developers invest in foreign countries with advancement of ' One Belt and One Road' strategy advocated by the state, The cost consulting mode of Sino-foreign cooperation can be discussed and promoted
