近年我国学前教育需求迅速增长,并且逐渐多元化。随着"全面二孩"政策的实施学前教育需求的快速增长与多元化趋势会更加凸显。然而,当前我国学前教育的供给体系并不完善,在学前教育发展过程中市场机制和政府作用的关系并未理顺,其在学前教育发展中未能体现出应有的作用,极大地限制了学前资源和服务的供给和学前教育的健康发展。因此,根据市场机制和政府作用的基本逻辑和规则,让市场机制和政府作用从分离走向耦合是当前我国学前教育发展的基本与现实路径。

In recent years,the demand for preschool education in China has increased rapidly and gradually diversified. With the implementation of the ＂comprehensive two child＂ policy,the rapid growth of preschool education needs and diversification trend will become more prominent. However,the supply system of preschool education is not perfect at present. The relationship between the development of preschool education in the role of the market mechanism and the government has not been straightened out,and the development of preschool education in China fails to reflect its role,which limits greatly the healthy development and the limited resources of pre service supply and preschool education. Therefore,according to the basic logic and rules of the market mechanism and the government＇s function,transfering from the separation of the market mechanism and the government＇s function to the coupling is the basic and realistic path of developing the preschool education in China.
