摘要
积极投入工作的教师是保障和提高教育教学质量的重要前提。当前我国教师工作投入的研究更多侧重在其内涵、测量、影响因素以及与工作绩效等方面。未来在教师工作投入的分析领域或单元、教师工作投入的理论内涵、主客观相结合的教师工作投入评价体系、教师工作投入影响因素的作用机理,以及教师工作投入与教师工作绩效之间的互动反馈机制等方面有待拓展和深入。
The teachers' job engagement is an important precondition to improve the education and teaching quality. The connotation and measurement of teachers work engagement, factors affecting teachers work involvement,as well as the connection relationship with job performance in the latest literature research at home and abroad are more reviewed. The most important point emphasized and studied,in urgent need of further research,is to broaden the analysis areas and units,clarify the theoretical connotation of teachers job engagement,establish the subjective and objective evaluation index system,reveal the affecting mechanism of teachers job engagement,and systematically simulate the interaction of teacher's work engagement and job performance.
