教育公平的关键是机会公平,这要求我们更多地关注那些得不到学习机会的低收入家庭学生。美国华勒斯基金会推出夏季学习计划,为低收入家庭的学生提供更多的学习机会,旨在通过将活动与学术课程相整合来丰富和提升低收入家庭学生的学习。"夏季学习计划"通过严格的考勤制度和激励政策以及聘用有经验的教师来保障高质量的教学,立足学生发展且不同于传统学校教育,为学校教育改革提供了一种暑期模式。

Equality of opportunity is the key to educational equity,which requires us to pay more attention to low-income students without learning opportunities.The Wallace Foundation launched the Summer Learning Program,which provided more learning opportunities for low-income students,aiming to integrate activities and academic courses to enrich and enhance low-income students learning. The Summer Learning Program carried out the strict attendance system and incentive policies and employed experienced teachers to ensure high quality of teaching. Summer learning program is different from the traditional school education,which is based on students＇ development and education fair,providing a summer model for school education reform.
