黄铜双稀土盐钝化新工艺的研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了提高黄铜(铜合金)表面的耐蚀性能,本文通过正交试验获得铜合金双稀土钝化新工艺,利用硝酸点滴法对新工艺的耐蚀性进行了评价,并利用电子扫描电镜(SEM)对转化膜的表面形貌进行了表征,结果表明:双稀土新工艺处理后的铜合金具有较好耐蚀性能。 In order to improve the corrosion resistance of brass (copper alloy) surface.In this paper, the new technology of composite rare earth passivation of copper alloy was obtained by orthogonal test. The new technology was evaluated by nitric acid drip method .The surface morphology of the conversion film was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results show that the copper alloy treated with the new composite rare earth has good corrosion resistance.
