摘要 近些年来,在石油钻探中,特殊井、复杂井的数量不断提高,加之钻探深度的增加,地层条件更加复杂,因此钻井液的降粘和降切问题受到了越来越多的关注。本文针对高温、高矿化度、高固相水基钻井液流变性调控的技术难题,基于分子结构优化设计和单体优选,研制了超高温抗盐稀释剂HF-2,对其结构进行表征,研究稀释剂的加量对降粘效果的影响,并在各种钻井液体系中评价了稀释剂HF-2的降粘作用,具有很好的抗温、抗盐能力,加量低,具有较好的降粘性。在海洋常用高温高压钻井液体系中评价,也具有很好的配伍性和降粘性能。 In recent years, the number of special wells and complex wells has been increasing continuously in oil drilling. And the increasing depth of drilling, the formation conditions are more complex. Therelbre, the problem of viscosity reduction and cutting is getting more and more attention. This paper based on the technical problems of high temperature, high salinity and high solid phase water based drilling fluid theological regulation, based on the optimization design of molecular structure and the optimization of the monomer, developed a high-temperature salt-reducing viscosity reducer HF-2, characterization of its structure. The effeet of viscosity reduction on viscosity reduction was studied. And in various drilling fluid systems, the viscosity reduction of the viscosity agent HF-2 was evah,ated. Has the temperature resistance, salt resistance is very good, low amount of added, it also has good viscosity and inhibition. The evaluation of high temperature and high-pressure drilling fluid system in deep-sea drilling, it also has a good compatibility and viscosity reduction performance.
