摘要 层状镍钴锰酸锂三元材料具有比容量高、生产成本低等优点,被认为是目前最有希望替代钴酸锂的锂电正极材料。但也存在一些问题,如高温存储性能差等。本文旨在通过改善电解液配方对单晶三元材料高温性能进行改善研究。电解液中DEC与PC的共同作用,既提高了高温存储容量的保持率,又提高了SEI膜的稳定性,在高温下SEI分解较少,产气量明显降低。 Layered lithium nickel manganese cobalt three yuan material with high capacity, low production cost advantages, is considered to be the most promising alternative cathode materials for lithium cobalt acid lithium. But there are some problems, such as high temperature storage perfornaance is poor. The aim of this paper is to improve the high temperature performance of single crystal three element materials by improving the electrolyte formula. The combined effect of DEC and PC in electrolyte can not only improve the retention rate of high temperature storage capacity, but also improve tile stability of SEI membrane. At high temperature, SEI decomposition is less, and gas production is significantly reduced.
