摘要 为了使产品适应更多的客户的需求,提高产品质量,降低聚酯企业的生产成本,提高市场竞争力,美轲(广州)化学股份有限公司自主设计开发了高纯三醋酸锑生产线。本文详细介绍了高纯三醋酸锑生产线的生产工艺流程和主要设备;对比了高纯三醋酸锑与传统工艺生产的三醋酸锑的物化指标;对比了高纯三醋酸锑生产线与传统生产工艺的成本。由于产品锑含量稳定、纯度高、白度好,含铁、砷和铅等重金属杂质成份少,在聚酯行业应用时,收率高,可降低聚酯企业的成本,极具推广应用价值。 In order to make more products to meet customer needs, improve product quality, reduce the polyester production costs, improve market competitiveness, Matrix Guangzhou Chemicals Corp. developed a production line of high purity antimony acetate. The production process and main equiments of the high purity Antimony Acetate production line are instoruced in detail. The quality application effect and cost are compared which produced by the hith purity new process and traditional process. Because of its stable antimony content, high purity and good whiteness,and its iron, arsenic and lead and other heavy metal impurities are few. When applied in polyester industry, the yield is high, which can reduce the cost of polyester enterprises, and has great popularization and application value.
