高负荷生物吸附再生法处理城市污水试验研究

摘要 采用高负荷生物吸附再生工艺处理城市污水,出水用于周边农田灌溉。在甘肃庆阳进行中试试验,考察该工艺对城市污水中常规污染物的去除效果,并从运营成本核算、成果效益等方面探讨该工艺出水在农灌上的应用前景。结果表明:该工艺对COD、BOD_5、SS、硫化物等去除率分别达到69%、63%、80%、83%;对氮、磷、重金属等的去除均达到农田灌溉标准要求;运营工程投资为700元/m^3·d,运行费用为0.19元/m^3,便于控制管理;使用处理后城市污水灌溉的农田产量明显增长。研究显示:高负荷生物吸附再生工艺处理城市污水出水可满足农田灌溉水质要求,在干旱缺水的西北地区是一种实现污水资源化利用的切实可行方法。 High-loading adsorption biodegradation regeneration process was used to treat municipal wastewater and the effluent was used to irrigate surrounding farm-land. A pilot test was conducted in Qingyang, Gansu province, to investigate the effect of the process on the removal of conventional pollutants in urban sewage and to explore the application prospect of the process from operation cost accounting and other aspects. The results showed that: The removal rate of COD, BOD5, SS and sulfide was 69 %, 63 %, 80 % and 83 % respectively. The removal of nitrogen, phosphorus and heavy metals is met with the requirements of farmland irrigation standards; The operation cost is ¥700/m3-d, the operating expenses are ¥0.19/m3, it is convenient for control and management; farmland yield increases obviously by using the treated sewage .Research shows: urban sewage effluent from high load biosorption regeneration process can meet the requirements of farmland irrigation water quality, which is a kind of realization of sewage recycling use practical methods in the arid northwest region.
