摘要
根据钛白废水治理的现状与不足,在分析中和反应机理后,首先提出一次中和,制备白石膏;然后二次中和制备富钛白石膏,再用浓废酸将其溶解,制备富钛酸液返生产使用;含钛酸性白石膏返一段中和,提高钛回收率;最后经三次中和,制备红石膏和外排水。本方案不仅制备高价值的白石膏,回收有价值的钛,大幅降低废水治理成本,而且减少红石膏量,大幅降低石膏烘干成本。
According to the current situation and deficiency of titanium dioxide wastewater treatment, analysis and reaction mechanism, first proposed a neutralization, preparation of white gypsum; and then the two time and preparation of rich titanium gypsum, and then concentrated waste acid dissolving, preparation of rich fluid production using titanate; titanium white acid gypsum back a neutralization. To improve the recovery rate of titanium; finally after three times of neutralization, the preparation of red gypsum and drainage. This plan not only can prepare high value white gypsum, recover valuable titanium, greatly reduce the cost of waste water treatment, but also reduce the amount of red stone paste, and greatly reduce the cost of gypsum drying.
