某制药废水工程案例分析

摘要 制药废水是一种污染比较大且比较难处理的一种工业废水,废水中含有大量的抗生素、盐分等物质,治理工艺选择不当必然造成污水处理频繁瘫痪,从而影响企业的生产发展,严重时将造成环境污染事故。治理制药废水,必须弄清楚制药工艺的排水情况,从源头上将排水进行分质分流并进行适当的预处理,其中重点是将高浓度COD含量、高抑菌类的复杂有机物及高盐分的废水进行适当处理后使其具备生化的条件后再与其他低浓度的废水混合进行集中处理,这样才能使整个污水处理系统能稳定连续的运行。 Otics, salt and other substances. Improper selection of treatment process will inevitably lead to the frequent paralysis of sewage treatment system, thus affecting the production and development of enterprises, serious environmental pollution accidents will occur. In order to treat pharmaceutical wastewater, it is necessary to make clear the drainage situation of phan'naceutical process, separate the drainage from the source by quality and carry out proper pretreatment. The key point is to treat the wastev, ater with high concentration of cod, high bacteriostatic complex organic matter and high salinity properly, then mix it with other low concentration wastewatcr for centralized treatment, so that the whole sewage treatment system can run stably and continuously.
