摘要
某公司对一室外钢管堆放场的一批钢管检查时发现部分钢管内壁存在腐蚀现象。采用化学成分分析、力学性能试验、金相试验及腐蚀产物分析等方法,对钢管进行分析。结果表明:钢管局部位置在水、空气等介质共同作用下下发生了腐蚀,腐蚀坑边沿较为光滑,未见尖锐扩展裂纹。钢管局部缺欠为可接受缺欠,在消除后允许投入使用。
When a group of steel pipes were found outside an outdoor steel pipe pile shop, some of the steel pipe walls were corroded. The steel tube was analyzed by means of chemical composition analysis, mechanical properties test, metallographic test and corrosion product analysis. The results showed that the local position of the steel pipe has been corroded by water, air, etc., the edge of the corrosion pit is smooth, and no sharp extension crack is seen. The partial ischemia of the pipe is acceptable and can be used after elimination.
