摘要
本文为测定西洋菜中硒含量提供了一种更加便捷、准确、环保的方法。实验表明,利用氧弹燃烧-原子荧光7次测定西洋菜中硒的含量相对标准偏差值RSD=2.04%,精密度较好,在实验同时测定水质硒标准样品(GSBZ50031-94)7.64μg/L±0.82,其测定结果分别为7.31μg/L和7.45μg/L,均在范围内,表明其准确度高。
This paper provides a more convenient, accurate and environmentally friendly method for the determination of selenium content in watercress. The relative standard deviation value (RSD 2.04 %) was determined by oxygen bomb combustion and atomic fluorescence spectrometry (AFS) for seven times. The precision was good. The precision of the determination of selenium in water quality was 7.64μg/L±0.82.The results were 7.31μg/L and 7.45μg/L, respectively, which indicated that the accuracy of the method was high in the range of 7.31 μg/L and 7.45μg/L, respectively.
