摘要
利用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定刀豆中Na、K、Mg、Zn、Cu、Ca、Fe等7种微量元素含量,采用标准曲线定量,测得刀豆中各微量元素含量依次Na13.3×10~3 mg/kg、K 226 mg/kg、Mg 1.02×10~3 mg/kg、Zn 294 mg/kg、Cu 2.03×10~3 mg/kg、Ca 113 mg/kg、Fe117 mg/kg。测得刀豆中铜元素的加标回收率为98.7%,RSD为0.2%,火焰原子吸收光谱法的准确度和精密度较高。测定结果为探讨刀豆进一步开发利用提供科学依据。
The contents of 7 trace elements were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry in Na, K, con Mg, Zn, Cu, Ca and Fe, the quantitative standard curve, measured the content of trace elements in a Na13.3 103 mg/kg, K 226mg/kg, Mg 103 mg/kg, Zn 294 mg/kg, Cu 1.02 10 3mg/2.03 kg, Ca, 113 mg/kg Fell7 mg/kg. The recoverable rate of copper element in the bean was 98.7 %, RSD was 0.2 %, and the accuracy and precision of flame atomic absorption spectrometry were higher. The results provide a scientific basis for the further development and utilization of the bean.
