摘要
本文针对现代食品行业的现状和发展需求,分析了食品安全检测技术实验课程教学改革的意义,在此基础上提出了凝练实验教学内容、多元化实验教学手段、建立合理的教学模式、实现实验教学训练与科研有效接轨及建立有效的全过程评价体系等初步探索性的建议。
The reform significance of food safety inspection technology experimental course teaching is analyzed according to the present situation and development demand of modem food industry. On the basis of this, some exploratory suggestions are put forward, such as condensing experimental teaching content, enriching experimental teaching methods, establishing reasonable teaching mode, connecting experimental teaching training and scientific research, and establishing an effective process evaluation system.
