摘要
教育契约中剩余权力始终广泛存在,并逐渐成为诱发大学治理中道德风险的重要因素。厘清教育契约中的"确定权利",明确剩余权力的归属及"决定程序",能够在一定程度上规避与防范大学治理中的道德风险,形成大学治理的良性格局。
