摘要
教师契约是大学与教师之间的正式和非正式协议关系,是现代大学制度的重要基础,包括规则契约、心理契约和社会契约三个基本维度。订立和更新教师契约的关键在于充分吸引教师参与讨论,使管理层和教师群体充分沟通以达成共识。教师契约修订程序有三个基本环节,即吸引教师参与修订,激励教师履行契约,重建教师契约领导关系。"双一流"建设使我国高校面临重大战略转型,大学治理必须从传统弱契约关系走向新的强契约关系,建立教师主体意识的契约更新程序,把大学转型发展建立在积极进取的教师文化心理之上。
The faculty contract is the formal and informal agreement relationship of between the university and the faculty, which includes such three basic dimensions as rule contract, psychological contract and social contract. The conclusion and renewal of the faculty contract need to attract the faculty to participate in the discussion and set up the communication and consensus between the management and the faculty. There' re three basic steps to revise the contract, followed by attracting the faculty to participate in the amendment, en couraging them to perform and reconstructing the leadership. In the process of double firstclass construction, the universities encounter the significant strategic transformation. It should establish the strong contractual relationship instead of the weak one, and the contract renewal procedures from the perspective of the faculty, to promote the university transformation based on the energetic cultural psychology of the faculty.
