摘要
采用转矩流变仪研究了硬质HPVC的流变性能,考察了流变试验结束后熔块的质量,并对熔块的微观形貌进行了扫描电镜观察。试验得出的优化配方为:PVC树脂,50份;氯乙烯共聚树脂,50份;聚乳酸,5份;PE蜡,0.1份;TiO 2,0.4份;ACR,3份;硬脂酸钙,0.4份;活性碳酸钙,5份;钙锌稳定剂,4.0份。该研究为下一步硬质HPVC给水管材的研制打下了基础。
The rheological properties of rigid HPVC were studied by torque rheometer. The qualifies of the flits after the rheological test finished were investigated. The microscopic morphology of the flits was observed by SEM. The obtained optimum formula was as follows: PVC resin, 50; vinyl chloride copolymer, 50 ; polylactic acid, 5; PE wax, 0.1; TiO2, 0.4 ; ACR., 3 ; calcium stearate, 0.4; active calcium carbonate, 5; Ca/Zn stabilizer, 4 parts. Thus, the foundation was laid for the further development of rigid HPVC pipes for water supply.
