摘要
利用推杆式热膨胀仪,对国产Q550、Q690、Q890钢材的高温热膨胀系数进行了试验研究,得到了从室温至850℃的钢材的热膨胀值,利用两种计算方式得到了平均线膨胀系数和瞬间线膨胀系数,并对两种计算方式进行了对比。将钢材从室温升温至850℃的整个阶段按照热膨胀值的变化规律分为4个阶段。最后,将试验结果与其他强度钢材试验结果以及相关规范给出的建议值进行了对比,讨论了产生差异的原因。
Based on the domestic Q550,Q690,Q890 high strength structural steel,the thermal strain of different temperatures from room temperature to 850 ℃ was precisely measured with a push rod dilatometer. Two methods were compared and used to calculate the coefficients of linear thermal expansion( CTE). The paper divided the whole process into four stages according to the change regulation. And at last,the results were compared with other experiments' results and codes,and the paper discussed reasons that brought the differences.
