摘要
在磷酸的催化条件下,原位生成的邻醌甲基化物(o-QMs)能够与VCPs亲核加成反应。在最优条件下,对底物进行了扩展,反应产物具有较高的适用性,也取得较高的收率。文章简单介绍了邻醌甲基化物与VCPs亲核加成反应。
In the presence of phosphoric acid, the ortho-Quinone (o-QMs) generated in situ could undergo nucleophilic addition reaction with VCPs. With the optimal conditions for the reaction established, the reaction scope was investigated. Various substrates were affording good yields. The paper simply introduced the nucleophilic addition reaction of o-QMs and VCPs.
